Two things: (1) Material defects — cracking, peeling, fading, warping, corrosion from manufacturing flaws. (2) Workmanship defects — installation errors including post alignment, fastening, gate hardware, and concrete footings.
Does the warranty cover hurricane or storm damage?
No — the warranty does not cover damage from natural disasters including hurricanes, floods, fires, or severe storms. We recommend speaking with your homeowner's insurance provider about storm damage coverage for your fence.
